Solvent-free Manufacturing Technology
Unlike conventional coated textiles (PVC and Polyurethane PU) and leather manufacturing, silicone leather uses solvent-free technology to ensure a safe and clean production process and environment.
Since no solvents are used, we further limit waste emissions to a great extent.
Low Waste Emissions
The advanced production process of silicone leather produces almost no wastewater.
The entire plant’s water demand is only for domestic water and circulating water required for cooling equipment.
At the same time, zero solvent emissions are achieved.
Silicone leather production does not degrade water quality, and only a small amount of waste gas is discharged after safe treatment through RTO burners, activated carbon absorption and UV photolysis.
Reuse of production materials
During production and operation, we reuse surplus raw materials for other production, recycle waste silicone rubber into monomer silicone oil, reuse packaging materials such as cardboard and polyester bags, and reuse production materials, such as using waste release paper for packaging.
